Jaime Risopatrón V.

Jaime is an official insurance claim adjuster with studies in London (ACII), Munchener Re (Germany), Scandia and Tokio Marine (Japan).
He has more than 50 years experience in Underwriting and Reinsurance. During his beginnings, he entered to the Vehicles and Engineering Department at Caja Reaseguradora, subsequently to Willis (UK) as a trainee. Later he had jointed Chilena Consolidada (Zurich) for 17 years, working as Operations/Reinsurance Manager and also, in charge of the Claims Department.
Until 1992, Gibbs & Cía S.A.C (Lloyd's Agency), acted as Average Agent for International Companies. With the incorporation of Jaime and bearing in mind is vast experience, created Gibbs & Cía. Liquidadores Ltda., currently Gibbs & Cía. Ajustadores SpA. focused on attending local market claims. Over the years, he has actively participated in different national and international Natural Catastrophes. On 2006, he acquired the control of Gibbs.
In 2008, ARM Affinity Insurance line started its business, and in 2015, it associated with CSL Global UK, forming Gibbs Group.

Attorney at Law from Universidad Católica de Chile and Director of the ‘Insurance Brokers and Claim Adjusters Diploma’ from Escuela de Seguros de Chile. Diego has completed his college studies in Australia and England. He has also improved his knowledge in insurance through several Certifications fulfilled through the Lloyd's Agency Network in London and The Chartered Insurance Institute (Award).
In 2010, he worked as a trial attorney in the Law Firm Acuña & Compañía and subsequently entered to Gibbs Lloyd's Agency, where he assists clients regarding Cargo International Claims and Reinsurance Contracts for all lines, leading a team comprising 20 people.
In 2015, Diego took over the General Management of CSL Latam S.A. projecting Gibbs Group at a regional level, by means of the service of assessment and management of Property/Engineering, Marine (STP) and Hull and Machinery (H&M) Risks.
Since 2016, he has taken charge of the Operational and Commercial Management of Gibbs Ajustadores, working for entrenght the quality of Gibbs services and promoting this business.
Hugo Ulloa D.
Administration and Finances Manager, Gibbs Group
Hugo is an Auditor from Escuela de Comercio de la Universidad Católica de Valparaíso (1976) and has a Qualified Accountant Auditor Diploma from Universidad de Santiago de Chile (1996).
He has more than 30 years of experience, in relationship with insurance companies, policyholders, brokers and other participants in the insurance market, national and international.
Currently, he is Shareholder and Administration and Finances Manager of Gibbs Group.
María Risopatrón L.
Director of Gibbs & Cía. S.A.C - Management and Operations Assistant
María has a Claims Adjusters Diploma from Escuela de Seguros de Chile and a Diploma for Interpretation and Analysis of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System provided by Bureau Veritas. She entered to Gibbs Group in 2016, to the Technical Inspections Division and dealt with the implementation of the ISO Standard in Gibbs & Cía. S.A.C.
In 2017, she entered to the Local Adjustment Company, specifically to the Financial and Industrial Risks Line and in 2018, she incorporated to the Operations Division of the Group.
Cristian Durán B.
Head of IT Department.
Cristián is developer and analyst of computer systems, with a Diploma of General and Life Insurance provided by Escuela de Seguros.
He has more than 11 years of experience in the insurance market and worked in Companies such as Faraggi Global Risk and McLarens Young Chile. He has worked as the Head of the IT Department of Gibbs Group for the last 5 years.

Gonzalo has 3 years of studies of Mechanic Execution Engineering in Universidad Técnica del Estado, Certificate of Cargo Surveying Proficiency Stage I & II of Lloyd's, Award in General Insurance CII.
With 38 years of experience in Lloyd's Agency in Chile in inspections, preparation of reports, investigations, P&I, H&M, LOH, GA, condition survey, risk management of premises and critical and oversized cargo, among others.
Since 2015, he is part of CSL Latam Consultores as HUB for Latin America of CSL Global UK.

Operations and Commercial Deputy Management of the Technical Inspections Division
Jorge is an Agricultural Administrator specialized in horticulture and fruit trees (Centro de Estudios Agrícolas - U. Santo Tomas), internal auditor for ISO 9001-2000 Standard and HACCP Management System, with studies in the National Livestock and Agriculture Research Institute (INIA) for Phytophthora Capsici control in agriculture.
With more than 25 years of experience in inspections and samplings applied to international commerce, he has worked in different companies such as the Agricultural and Livestock Service (SAG), Laboratorio Corthorn Quality and Intertek Chile.
Since 2011, he is part of Gibbs & Cía. S.A.C., as responsible of the Technical Inspections Division.
